2. Role as Travel Advisor / Customer Authorization

By purchasing, accepting, redeeming, or requesting travel services through Reliant Travel, you expressly authorize Reliant Travel to act as your travel advisor and booking agent for the purpose of researching, selecting, reserving, purchasing, managing, modifying, or confirming travel services on your behalf.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Cruises

  • Hotels and resorts

  • Vacation packages

  • Transportation

  • Promotional travel offers

  • Taxes, fees, upgrades, and optional add-ons

  • Supplier reservations and confirmations

You authorize Reliant Travel to use the traveler information you provide to complete reservations and related transactions on your behalf.

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for providing complete and accurate traveler information, including legal names, dates of birth, contact information, travel dates, and any required documentation. Errors, omissions, or mismatched information may result in fees, denied boarding, cancellation, or loss of travel without refund.

3. Third-Party Suppliers

Reliant Travel acts as an independent intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers.

Third-party suppliers may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cruise lines

  • Hotels

  • Resorts

  • Airlines

  • Ground transportation providers

  • Tour operators

  • Travel technology platforms

  • Destination service providers

We do not own, control, manage, or operate these third-party suppliers.

All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, rules, restrictions, cancellation policies, ticket contracts, passenger agreements, and availability of the applicable supplier.

Reliant Travel is not responsible for supplier actions, omissions, pricing changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, schedule changes, service failures, overbooking, closures, strikes, weather, mechanical issues, government action, pandemics, force majeure events, or any other event outside our direct control.

4. Pricing, Service Fees & Package Structure

All pricing provided by Reliant Travel may be structured in one or more of the following ways, depending on the specific travel product, promotion, package, or supplier arrangement:

  • Bundled Package Pricing: A total package price that may include travel components, service fees, fulfillment, customer support, administrative services, promotional incentives, negotiated rates, or subsidized components.

  • Supplier Direct Pricing: In certain cases, pricing may reflect the same base rate offered by the travel supplier, and Reliant Travel may receive compensation through commissions or supplier-paid incentives.

  • Hybrid Pricing: A combination of supplier pricing, service fees, administrative fees, promotional pricing, negotiated rates, or commission-based compensation.

You acknowledge and agree that Reliant Travel is not required to disclose its internal costs, supplier-paid commissions, negotiated rates, wholesale rates, service fees, margins, or compensation structure.

Unless expressly stated in writing, you are purchasing travel services as a complete transaction and not under a cost-plus, pass-through, or price-matching arrangement.

Supplier confirmations, cruise documents, hotel confirmations, invoices, or receipts may show supplier rates, net rates, wholesale rates, taxes, fees, or pricing that differs from the total amount paid to Reliant Travel.

You agree that such differences do not constitute overcharging, misrepresentation, fraud, or grounds for refund, cancellation, dispute, or chargeback.

You further agree that the total price paid to Reliant Travel represents the agreed-upon price for the travel product, package, promotion, or services arranged, regardless of how individual components may be priced internally or by suppliers.

Reliant Travel does not operate as a fiduciary, price-matching service, or lowest-price guarantor.

5. Promotional Offers, Incentive Travel & Complimentary Travel

Reliant Travel may offer promotional, discounted, subsidized, or incentive-based travel offers from time to time.

These offers may include complimentary, reduced-cost, or specially priced travel components. Such offers may be subject to restrictions, including:

  • Limited availability

  • Blackout dates

  • Capacity controls

  • Advance notice requirements

  • Supplier approval

  • Seasonal restrictions

  • Taxes and fees

  • Port charges

  • Government fees

  • Upgrade charges

  • Administrative or service fees

  • Expiration dates

  • Redemption deadlines

Unless expressly stated in writing, promotional offers do not include every possible travel cost.

You may be responsible for taxes, fees, port charges, resort fees, gratuities, deposits, upgrades, changes, transportation, insurance, documentation costs, or other incidental expenses.

Promotional travel is not guaranteed until confirmed by the applicable supplier and finalized by Reliant Travel.

Submitting preferred travel dates does not guarantee availability or confirmation.

6. Booking Process and Traveler Responsibility

A booking is not considered final until reviewed, accepted, and confirmed by Reliant Travel and/or the applicable supplier.

You are responsible for reviewing all documents, confirmations, names, dates, destinations, cabin types, hotel details, and travel requirements.

If you notice an error, you must notify Reliant Travel immediately.

Failure to review documents or promptly report errors may result in additional fees, cancellation, denied boarding, or loss of travel.

Reliant Travel is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by you, your representative, or any traveler in your party.

7. Payments

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • The billing information you provide is accurate.

  • You authorize Reliant Travel to charge the payment method for the agreed amount.

  • You understand the purchase may include travel services, fees, taxes, package costs, upgrades, or other agreed charges.

Reliant Travel may cancel, refuse, or delay processing any transaction if fraud, payment issues, inaccurate information, supplier availability issues, or pricing errors are suspected.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Reliant Travel first and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any billing concern, service issue, or travel dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Reliant Travel may be considered a breach of these Terms.

If you initiate an improper chargeback or payment dispute, Reliant Travel reserves the right to:

  • Provide these Terms and all supporting documentation to the payment processor

  • Cancel pending or future travel services

  • Deny further services

  • Recover administrative costs, collection costs, legal fees, and other damages permitted by law

A supplier rate, wholesale rate, net rate, commission, or pricing difference shown on third-party documents is not a valid basis for a chargeback or refund.

9. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

All cancellations, changes, refunds, credits, and penalties are subject to the rules of Reliant Travel and the applicable third-party supplier.

Many travel products are non-refundable after any applicable state statutory period once purchased, booked, ticketed, confirmed, or submitted to a supplier.

Changes may be limited or unavailable and may require additional fees.

Refunds, if available, may depend on supplier approval and supplier processing time.

Reliant Travel does not guarantee refunds unless expressly stated in writing.

Service fees, administrative fees, promotional fees, fulfillment fees, processing fees, and agency fees may be non-refundable.

If a supplier issues a refund to Reliant Travel, Reliant Travel will process any customer refund owed after deduction of any applicable fees, penalties, chargebacks, unpaid balances, or amounts permitted under these Terms.

10. Travel Documents, Identification and Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including:

  • Government-issued identification

  • Passports

  • Visas

  • Birth certificates

  • Vaccination or health documents

  • Minor travel documents

  • Any documents required by cruise lines, airlines, hotels, governments, or destinations

Reliant Travel is not responsible if you are denied boarding, entry, check-in, or travel due to missing, expired, inaccurate, or insufficient documentation.

No refund is owed for denied boarding or denied travel caused by failure to meet documentation or travel requirements.

11. Travel Insurance

Reliant Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance.

Travel insurance may protect against certain losses, including cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, baggage loss, and supplier issues, depending on the policy.

If you decline travel insurance, you assume responsibility for any loss that insurance may have covered.

12. Availability, Errors and Changes

Travel availability, pricing, schedules, itineraries, cabins, rooms, taxes, fees, and supplier rules may change without notice.

Reliant Travel reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after a customer submits information or payment.

We are not responsible for typographical errors, system errors, pricing errors, supplier errors, or outdated information.

If a material error affects your purchase, we may cancel, revise, or offer available alternatives, subject to applicable law.

The Ultimate Vacation Package Terms of Use

1. Product Description
The Ultimate Vacation Package is a cruise vacation package purchased from Reliant Travel ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). As part of this promotional package, customers also receive two complimentary bonus vacation certificates at no additional charge from our agency.
The customer's purchase is for the cruise vacation package and our cruise booking services. The two bonus certificates are included as promotional benefits only. They are not sold separately by our agency, have no separate cash value from our agency, and cannot be redeemed from us for cash, credit, refund, or a reduction in the package price.
The bonus certificates are subject to the separate written terms, redemption procedures, availability, deadlines, fees, deposits, restrictions, and cancellation rules of their respective third-party fulfillment providers.
All travel is subject to availability and written confirmation. No travel dates, cruise sailings, resorts, hotels, rooms, flights, show tickets, or accommodations are guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the applicable cruise line, certificate provider, or travel supplier.

2. No Timeshare, No Travel Club, No Ownership Interest

  • This package is not a timeshare, vacation ownership plan, travel club, vacation club, points program, membership program, deeded interest, real estate interest, or ownership product.

  • Customers are not purchasing any ownership interest, membership interest, points interest, travel club membership, vacation club membership, or right to participate in a timeshare or ownership program.

  • The two bonus certificates are included only as promotional travel benefits with the purchase of the cruise vacation package and are subject to the written terms of the independent certificate providers.

3. What Is Included

ss2.jpg

4. What Is Not Included
Cruise vacation costs not included unless stated in writing

  • Cruise taxes, port fees, government fees, fuel supplements, gratuities, service charges, onboard charges, travel protection, airfare, transfers, parking, passport or visa costs, upgrades, excursions, specialty dining, beverages, internet, medical services, and other cruise line or personal charges.

  • Any change fee, cancellation charge, fare difference, supplier fee, or cruise line charge that applies after the cruise is booked or confirmed.

Bonus certificate costs not included unless waived by the provider in writing

  • Taxes, carrier fees, agency-imposed fees, deposits, upgrades, all-inclusive resort fees, resort charges, hotel charges, air differences, ground transportation, meals not included in the certificate, gratuities, travel documentation costs, personal expenses, change fees, cancellation fees, and any other provider or supplier charges described in the certificate terms.

  • The fact that a certificate is included at no additional charge from our agency does not waive or eliminate charges imposed by the certificate provider, travel supplier, resort, hotel, airline, cruise line, or other third party.

5. Bonus Certificate Issuance and Deadlines

  • We typically issue the two bonus certificates only after the customer requests them. This is intended to help preserve the customer's available registration and redemption time.

  • Customers remain responsible for requesting certificate issuance early enough to register, redeem, book, pay required taxes/fees/deposits, and complete travel before all applicable deadlines.

  • Issuing a bonus certificate later does not extend the 36-month package use period or any shorter deadline imposed by a certificate provider, cruise line, resort, hotel, airline, or applicable law.

  • If a certificate provider's terms require earlier registration, booking, travel commencement, or travel completion, the shorter certificate-provider deadline controls.

We issue the bonus certificates upon request so you receive as much usable redemption time as possible; however, you must request them early enough to complete all registration, booking, payment, and travel requirements before the package and certificate deadlines expire.

6. Package Cancellation and Refund Terms
The customer may cancel the entire Ultimate Vacation Package only within the cancellation period applicable to the customer's state, unless a longer cancellation period is required by applicable law or expressly provided in writing by our agency.

Package cancellation applies to the entire package as purchased from our agency. Package cancellation is separate from any certificate-specific cancellation right that may apply after a certificate is issued, registered, booked, confirmed, redeemed, or used.

If the customer timely cancels the entire package before any travel is booked, confirmed, used, or redeemed, the customer will receive a refund of amounts paid to our agency for the package, subject to applicable law and the written terms provided at purchase.

Any bonus certificates already issued must be returned, voided, or treated as cancelled. Because the two bonus certificates are provided at no additional charge from our agency, they have no separate refund value from our agency and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a partial refund of the package price.

Once a cruise booking is made or confirmed, the cruise line's cancellation and change rules may apply. Once a bonus certificate is issued, registered, booked, confirmed, redeemed, or used, the certificate provider's own cancellation, deposit, refund, expiration, and redemption rules may apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

7. Package Cancellation Periods by State

8. Third-Party Provider Terms and Responsibilities

  • The two bonus certificates are fulfilled by independent third-party providers. Our agency does not control certificate inventory, provider availability, hotel or resort inventory, airline schedules, entertainment-ticket inventory, provider deadlines, provider fees, provider deposits, provider cancellation rules, or provider confirmation procedures.

  • Panorama Travel Solutions / ResortCerts controls the Resort Vacation Certificate redemption process. CSNG controls the Las Vegas / Orlando promotional certificate redemption process.

  • Customers should read the applicable certificate terms before registering, redeeming, booking, or paying any certificate-related amount. If a short website summary conflicts with the written certificate terms, the written certificate terms control unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  • No purchaser should rely on verbal statements or marketing descriptions that are inconsistent with the written package terms, cruise line terms, or certificate-provider terms.
